摘　　要：在分析齿厚误差产生原因的基础上,指出了目前几种齿厚测量方法(弦齿厚测量法,齿厚圆柱测量法和齿厚公法线测量法等)中存在的问题,并提出了解决方法。同时,讨论了在数据处理中应注意的几个问题。On the base of analysing the reasons resulting in gear tooth, thickness errors, this paper states the problems of several present measurement methods of gear tooth thickness, such as the chordal tooth thickness measurement methods, tooth thickness cylinder measurement method, base tangent length measurement method, etc. And it puts forward the solutions. Meanwhile, it discusses some problems to which the attention should be paid in the data process.
