摘 要:用0.02%EDTA.PBS液10ml灌洗全肺10次可获得7.3±0.9×10^7个游离细胞,其洗出细胞的动态变化为:第3次洗出量最多,然后逐次下降,第5次到第10次洗出量基本不变:洗出的各类细胞构成比不随洗肺次数而改变,同样方法改用2m1EDTA.PBS液灌洗,则只洗出2.5±0.3×10^6个游离细胞,其洗出的细胞动态变化为:第3次为洗出高峰,然后依次下降,网状细胞份额随灌洗次数依次升高,“成熟”AM的份额则依次下降,大淋巴样细胞不随灌洗次数而改变。The influence factors on alveolar macrophage ( AM ) adherence and lavaging kinetics of AM were studied in this experiment. The results showed that; (l)a fit temperature and furnish of glucose and Ca and Mg ions would play an important role in AM adherence) ( 2 ) after lungs being lavaged for 10 times with 10 ml 0.02% EDTA· PBS, free cells of 7.3±0.933107 were obtai ned; with 2 ml 0,02% EDTA ·PBS, free cells of 2.5 ± 0. 3 × 106; ( 3 ) in the 10 ml experiment and the 2 ml experiment, the variance of lavaged free cells were occurred in the first three times; maximum number of lavaged free cells appeared at the 3ed time in both experiments; the pro portion of reticulate cells increased and'mature' AM decreased gradually with lavaging in the 2 ml experiment and the proportion of various cells were not changed in the 10 ml experiment.
