耳针治疗大鼠实验性缺血性中风症的研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察耳针对缺血性中风症的影响。方法 :用凝闭大脑中动脉皮层支的方法制作大鼠缺血性中风症模型。结果 :通过耳针治疗 ,其行为障碍的恢复较模型对照组为快。在血管凝闭手术后 ,可看到颅顶软脑膜微血管口径扩张 ,血液流速加快 ,耳针组较模型组稍明显。实验 1周后作血液流变学检查 ,耳针组和模型组皆较正常组的全血粘度 (低切 )和血浆粘度为高 ,耳针组更为明显。结论 :表明机体的调节作用可使局部缺血区增加血液灌注量促进损伤脑细胞的恢复 ,而对全身增加血液粘度有利于手术损伤处的血液凝固 。Purpose To observe effect of auricular acupuncture on ischemic apoplexy.[WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]Rat model of ischemic apoplexy was established with concretion of the cortical branch of middle cerebral artery.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] After treatment of auricular acupuncture,recovery of behaviour disturbance was rapider in the acupuncture group compared with the model control group;After ischemic operation,micrangium of epicranial cerebral pia mater dilated slightly more,velocity of blood flow was accelerated slightly more in the auricular acupuncture group as compared with the model group;After one week,whole blood viscosity (low shearing) and plasma viscosity were higher in the auricular treatment group and the model group as compared with those of the normal group,the increase in the auricular acupuncture group being more obvious.Conclusion Auricular acupuncture can increase blood perfusion of local ischemic area to accelerate recovery of injuried brain cells and increase blood viscosity which is beneficial to blood coagulation in the injured area.[
