摘　　要：目的　了解椎间盘摘除前后小关节突关节腔内应力变化。方法　使用自身对照法 ,观察椎间盘摘除前后小关节突关节腔内应力变化趋势。结果　单纯椎间盘摘除后小关节突关节腔内应力在屈曲、后伸时明显提高 ;但侧弯时有所下降。Objective In order to understand the stress changes in the intervertebral joint after discectomy Methods Using self correlative study, observe how changes the stress is in the intervertebral joint before and after discectomy Results On the axial press stress and posterior extension momentum the stress in the intervertebral joint was higher, but on the lateral bending momentum that was lower than after discectomy Conclusion The stress changes in the intervertebral joint was one of the fact that lead to the intervertebral joint facet proliferation
