益脑冲剂治疗脑功能障碍的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究益脑冲剂治疗脑功能障碍患者的疗效与机制。方法 :观察治疗组 (90例 ,服益脑冲剂 )、对照组 (30例 ,服脑复康 )症状及记忆商等变化 ,观察模型小鼠服益脑冲剂后学习成绩、脑内过氧化脂质 (L po)及 B型单胺氧化酶 (MAO- B)活性变化。结果 :治疗组症状及记忆商改善率分别为 97.8%、98.0 % ,与对照组比有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1、P<0 .0 0 1)。模型小鼠服益脑冲剂后学习成绩优 ,脑内 L po、MAO- B降低显著。结论 :益脑冲剂治疗脑功能障碍疗效显著 ,机制可能与降低脑内 L po、MAO-Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Yinao granule in the treatment of brain disfunction Methods: The changes of symptom and memory queotient were observed in 90 cases in treatment group taking Yinao granule and 30 controls taking piracetam Learning result,liposome peroxide(Lpo) in the brain and monoamine oxidase B(MAO B) activity were also observed in model mice after taking Yinao granule Results:The improvement rate of symptom and memory queotient in the treatment group was 97 8% and 98% respectively,which was significant difference with the controls (P<0 01,P<0 001,respectively) The learning result was good and Lpo,MAO B in the brain decreased dramatically in model mice after taking Yinao granule Conclusions:Yinao granule had significantly therapeatic effect in the treatment of brain disfunction The mechanism might be related to the decrease of Lpo and MAO B in brain [
