摘　　要：目的　通过心脏金属异物 2 0例的外科救治分析 ,以期提高早期诊断和手术治疗水平。　方法　本组病例根据病史、体征 ,结合胸部X线及超声心动图等确立诊断。急诊手术 13例 ,限期手术 7例 ,其中体外循环下手术 4例。心脏异物多位于右室 ,异物最多为子弹头。　结果痊愈 19例 ,死亡 1例 ,手术死亡率 5 %。　结论　早期诊断、快速急救、选择适当的手术治疗方案及方法 。Objective To make early diagnosis and improve surgical treatment by analyzing management of 20 cases of cardiac metal foreign body. Methods Diagnosis was made with evaluation of case history, clinical manifestations, chest X ray films and echocardiography. Among the 20 patients who received operation, 13 had emergent exploration and 7 had elective operation. Four patients were operated on under cardiopulmonary bypass. The foreign bodies were frequently located in the right ventricle and most of them were bullets. Ventricular fibrillation occurred in 3 cases during operation, 2 of them were resuscitated. Results Nineteen cases recovered and 1 died. The mortality rate was 5%. Conclusions Early diagnosis of localization of foreign body, rapid management and proper operation are important.
