摘　　要：目的　总结刮吸解剖法在肝外伤中的手术经验。　方法　本组 2 5例 ,其中男 19例 ,女 6例。伤因分别为交通伤、摔伤、击伤和挤压伤 ,均造成不同程度的肝破裂、腹腔内大出血或肝内血肿形成。均采用刮吸解剖法进行手术操作和止血。除 1例术后因并发肾功能衰竭死亡外 ,其余均痊愈出院。　结果　全部病例手术过程顺利。手术止血彻底 ,术野清晰 ,效果满意。Objective To sum up the operative experience of curettage and aspiration technique used in liver trauma. Methods In this group, there were 25 patients, including 19 males and 6 females who suffered from traffic accident, crush and tumble injuries. Curettage and aspiration technique was used in all the operations. Results All the patients underwent operation and recovered smoothly. The hemostasis was thorough and the operative field was clear. Satisfactory results were obtained. Conclusions Curettage and aspiration technique can be used in liver trauma safely and effectively.
