摘　　要：本文采用流调用抑郁自评量表（CES－D）及焦虑自评量表（SAS），对40名法官和40名非法官进行研究．结果表明．法官组中抑郁分值高于20分人数远远高于非法官组，焦虑分值二者无明显差异。提示法官中存在不同程度的心理障碍，主要症状为抑郁、躯体化及人际关系敏感．在法官中提倡心理卫生是必要的。This is about the study on the groups of the 40 judges and the group of the 40 non- professional judges through the CES- Das well as SAS, The result reveals that the persons with the depresssion values which are above 20 values in the group of the judges are much more than those in the contrast group. The anxiety values don't have the obvious differences between the groups. CONCLUSION: There is psychological disturbance among the judges. The main symptoms are depression. somatization and people's relationship. Therfore it is neccessary to pay attention to the mantal health over the judges.
