苔黑酚与苔色酸丁酯的致突变研究

摘　　要：本文报道苔黑酚和苔色酸丁酯的致突变研究。在有或无大鼠肝微粒体酶代谢活化条件下,经Ames法的TA97、TA98、TA100和TA102菌株行点试验和平皿掺入试验、中国仓鼠肺细胞(CHL细胞)的染色体畸变试验和小鼠背髋嗜多染色细胞(PCE)微核试验,结果:检品各剂量组分别与其相应的空白对照和/或溶剂对照组比较,均无显著差异。表明两种药物无诱发突变的作用。This study reported the results of mutagenicity testing of orcinol and Butyl orsellinate.The strains TA97, TA98, TA100 and TA102 with or without S9mix in The Amestest, the chromosome aberration assay of in CHL, the micron-ucleus assay of polychromatic erythrocytes in mice were measured. The results demonstated that there were no significant statistical differences between tested group and control.It is proved that orcinol and Butyl orsellinate would not be any mutagenicity in this experiment.
