妊娠妇女不同孕周血流动力学的变化

摘　　要：应用无创伤血液循环功能测试仪,对妊娠和非妊娠妇女进行测试,其中 HR,SV,CO,SI,CI,VPe,SWI,CCP,妊娠组较非妊娠组有明显提高(P<0.01)。妊娠组与非妊娠组相比 PP 增宽,ETK、TPR、VR、AC 等均有改变(P<0.05).妊娠组与非妊娠组相比BV 增加,η和 Rη降低,ALT 增速,TM 缩短,说明妇女在妊娠期发生一系列血流动力学变化,这些变化是机体的自身调节和适应代偿。本文对不同孕周所得参数进行综合分析研究,对评价正常妊娠有一定价值,同时提示在妊娠期有出现并发症的可能性。The hemodynamic parameters were determined of 135 pregnant women and 123 nonpregnant control by means of the noninvasive blood circulation function deter- mining instrument.The parameters HR,SV,CO,SI,CI,VPE,SWI and CCP were in- creased obviously in pregnant women than that in nonpregnant control (P<0.01);The PP, ETK,TPR,VR and AC were changed significantly during gestation (P<0.05).The BV were increased,η and Rη were decreased,TM,ALT was shortened in pregnant women than that in nonpregnant control.The results indicated,that the women develop a serial change of the hemodynamics during gestation,which was the autoregulation and compensation and adaptation of human body.This study is valuable to evaluate the normal pregnance, and reveal the possibility of the complication occurrence during gestation.
