外阴营养不良与雌激素受体、凝集素受体关系的研究

摘　　要：对132例外阴营养不良外阴皮肤的雌激素受体、四种凝集素受体含量的测定结果表明,女阴营养不良时局部病变皮肤雌激素受休和凝集素受体含量减少或消失,程度随病变类型不同有所变化,治疗好转时雌激素受体和凝集素受体含量均有增多,伴有非典型增生时易发展为恶性。In 132 specimens of the patient suffering from vulvar dystrophy,the content of estrogen receptor and four kinds of lectin receptor were assayed by immuno- histochemistrical methods.Comparison with normal specimens of vulua showed that the content of estrogen receptor and lectin receptors were either decreased or disapeared,but they were different with varying of classes of pathological change in these cases.However there was another condition that the content of them was markeldy increased in most of re- covered cases.The result of developing in the atypical hyerplasia of cases of vuluar dystrophy is easy to become malignant disease.
