摘 要:目的 :探讨缺锌与补锌对大鼠烧伤早期肠粘膜通透性的影响。方法 :1个月龄大鼠进食低锌饲料 (含锌量 :1.6 μg·g-1) 1周造成缺锌模型 ,2 0 %深Ⅱ度烫伤后改饲 3种不同含锌饲料 (含锌量分别为 :1.6、2 4.7和 2 86 .9μg·g-1)。同时设 1组大鼠烫伤前后均进食正常含锌饲料 (含锌量 :2 4.7μg·g-1) ,做对照组。在伤前 1天与伤后第 1天以甘露醇、乳果糖混合溶液灌胃 ,气相色谱法测定二者在尿中的含量和比例反映肠粘膜通透性的大小。结果 :伤前进食低锌饲料的大鼠尿中乳果糖 /甘露醇之比(0 .2 370± 0 .0 10 5 )显著高于对照组 (0 .12 0 2± 0 .0 146 ) ,主要由尿中乳果糖含量较高引起 ;伤后改饲含锌饲料使尿中甘露醇、乳果糖的含量、比例均降低 ,尤以改饲高锌饲料组效果显著 (0 .170 4± 0 .0 5 6 5 )。结论 :锌营养状态影响肠粘膜通透性 ,补锌可使烧伤后升高的肠通透性下降。Objective:To investigate the effect of zinc supplements on gut mucosal permeability in zinc dificient rats after burns.[WT5HZ]Methods:Weanling rats were pair-fed zinc deficient diets(zinc content:1.6 μg·g -1 )for one week to induce zinc deficient status,then partial thickness of 20% TBSA was made.Then the rats were divided into three groups fed on chows different in zinc contents.Zinc contents were 1.6 μg·g -1 ,24.7 μg·g -1 ,286.9 μg·g -1 respectively.A group of rats fed normal zinc content(24.7 μg·g -1 )diets before and after scalds was designed as control.Lactose(L) and mannitol(M) were force-fed one day before and one day after scalds were made.The amounts of L and M as well as the ratio of L/M in urine were detected to reflect the permeability of gut mucosa. [WT5HZ]Results:The ratio of L/M was higher in zinc deficient rats (0.2 370±0.0 105) than that in control group (0.1 202±0.0 146)before scald.It was resulted from higher concentration of L in urine of the former.The amounts of L and M in urine were decreased to different extent after different amounts of zinc were supplemented.It was more evident in the group fed high zinc content chows(0.1 704±0.0 565).Conclusion:The nutritional status of zinc has some effects on the permeability of gut mucosa.To supplement zinc after major burns could decrease the increased permeability of intestinal mucosa.
