游离与总前列腺特异抗原比值在激光治疗前列腺增生症前检测的价值

摘　　要：目的 :研究激光治疗前列腺增生症后游离 /总PSA比值用于检测PSA水平的意义。方法 :应用 830e半导体激光仪对 72例前列腺增生症患者行组织内激光凝固治疗 ,用酶联免疫法于术前 1h和术后 2 4h检测患者血清总PSA和游离PSA值 ,并计算游离 /总PSA比值。结果 :术后总PSA和游离PSA值与术前相比均有明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,游离 /总PSA比值术前术后无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :激光治疗前列腺增生症后游离 /总PSA比值比血清总PSA值的变化更为可靠。Objective:To investigate the effect of the diode laser therapy on serum total PSA,free PSA and free/total PSA ratio in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and to determine the reliability of free/total PSA ratio after such interventions.Methods:Using the Indigo 830 e diode laser system,72 cases of prostatic hyperplasia have been treated by transurethral prostatectemy with interstitial laser coagulation.Serum total PSA and free PSA levels were determined 1 hour before and 24 hours after laser therapy by using enzyme immunoassay.Preoperative and postoperative free and total PSA and free/total PSA ratio were statistically compared.[WT5HZ]Results:Although postoperative total PSA and free PSA increased significantly compared with preoperative values ( P <0.01),the difference between preoperative and postoperative free/total PSA ratios was not statistically significant ( P >0.05).Conclusion:Free/total PSA ratio may be a reliable parameter in the early period after such interventions as diode laser therapy.
