藏药佐塔德子玛治疗慢性浅表性胃炎(肝胃不和证)临床观察 附:149例临床报告

摘　　要：应用藏药佐塔德子玛治疗慢性浅表性胃炎 (中医辨证为肝胃不和 ) 1 1 6例 ,其总显效率为68.1 % ,与对照药物气滞胃痛冲剂比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5) ,发现该药有轻度不良反应。Objective:To obserced the curative effect of Tibetan drug 'Zuo ta de zi ma' to chronic superficial gastritis(syndrome differentiation of TCM being hepatic Qi attacking stomach).Methods:116 cases of chronic superficial gastritis (syndrome differentiation of TCM being hepatic Qi attacking stomach) were treated with 'Zuo ta de zi ma'and other 33 cases were treated with 'Qi zhi wei tong' granule, and the curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The overall effective rates of treated group and control group were 91.4% and 93.9%,and the excellent effective rates of the two groups were 68.1% and 75.5% respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion:'Zuo ta de zi ma'had a good effect for chronic superficial gastritis(syndrome differentiation of TCM being hepatic Qi attacking stomach).
