国产特比萘芬治疗老年甲真菌病临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察国产特比萘芬治疗老年甲真菌病的疗效及安全性。方法对用特比萘芬治疗 30例老年甲真菌患者的结果进行疗效及副作用分析和比较。结果 30例中痊愈 5例 (16.6％ )，显效 6例 (20％ )，有效 13例 (43.33％ )，无效 6例 (20％ )，总有效率 36.67％。不良反应有胃肠道不适 1例 (3.3％ )，治疗前后肝肾功能检查未发现异常。结论口服国产特比萘芬治疗老年甲真菌病是安全有效的。Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of China－ made Terbinafine for the treatment of Tinea unguium in the elderly.Methods The results in terms of effect and side effect of elderly patients treated with China－ made Terbinafine were analysed and compared.Results Of these 30 patients,5 had been cured(16.6％ ),6 showed marked improvement(20％ ),13 experienced some improvement(43.3％ ) and 6 failed to respond to treatment(20％ ).The overall effective rate was 36.6％ .After the full course of treatment,no liver nor kidney function impairmend was observed. Conclusions China－ made Terbinafine is an effective and safe medication for the elderly with Tinea unguium.
