整形美容外科方法处理小面积深度烧伤

摘　　要：目的 :探寻缩短小面积深度烧伤病程及减少局部后遗疤痕的方法。　方法 :采用创面切除、直接缝合或整形外科的各种皮瓣修复缺损。　结果 :对 6 8例 74处创面临床治疗后 ,创面均一期愈合 ,术后愈合时间平均 9天 ,经 46例随访远期效果满意 ,取得了预期效果。　结论 :应用整形外科方法处理早期、中晚期小面积深度烧伤 ,可以缩短疗程、降低费用、改善小面积深度烧伤创面修复的效果。Objective:To solve the long duration and severe post burn scar of the small area deep burns. Methods:Various skin flaps transplantation or direct suturing were applied after the wound being removed. Results:74 wounds in 68 cases had been treated with first intention healing and an average of 9 days recovery and the follow up of 46 cases revealed good expected long term effects. Conclusion:The methods of plastic surgery employed in the treatment of deep burn wounds at various stages revealed the superiority to the conventional repair. [
