摘  要:目的 :探讨针刺对血管性痴呆大鼠 (VD)学习记忆障碍的改善及其与c -fos的关系。方法 :采用 4-血管阻断全脑缺血再灌注制备VD大鼠模型 ,针刺脑、肾耳穴后 ,作原位分子杂交、免疫组化、行为学检测、图像分析。结果 :治疗后VD大鼠海马CA1区c -fosmRNA和蛋白表达增加与学习记忆成绩呈正相关。结论 :耳针改善VD大鼠学习记忆 ,可能与针刺加强c -fos的表达 。Objective:To study the relationship between auricular acupuncture improve deficit of memory function and expression of c-fos in hippocampus CA1 region in vascular dementia rats. Method: The vascular dementia model of rat was performed by 4-vessel occlusion method. Two auricular acupuncture points of the kidney and the brain were chosed to treat VD rats. The rats were tested by Y-type maze and c-fos mRNA and protein were examined in hippocampus CA1 region of rat by using in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry and computer image analysis. Result: The expression of c-fos mRNA and protein showed increase in hippocampus CA1 region of rat after auricular acupuncture treatment, which had a significant positive correlation with memory. Conclusion: The auricular acupuncture could improve learning and memory capability of VD rats. The protective effect of auricular acupuncture on hippocampus neurons in VD may be related to the increase of c-fos.
