三效热原灭活剂对内毒素的清除与净洗用水的选择对效果的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨三效热原灭活剂在清除玻璃注射器内毒素时与净洗用水之间的关系。方法 :分别采用常温水(A组 )、非新鲜蒸馏水 (B组 )、新鲜流动蒸馏水 (C组 )作为净洗用水。结果 :灭菌后细菌内毒素检测结果依次为C组优于B组、B组优于A组。结论 :新鲜流动蒸馏水组洗涤方法效果最佳。Objective To investigate the effect of washing water on removal endotoxin in syring with san-xiao pyrogen killer.Methods The general tap water,non-fresh distilled water and the fresh flowing distilled water were used as washing water.They are known as group A、B、C.Results After sterilization,the levels of bacteria endotoxin in group C is lower than B,meanwhile group B is lower than group A.Conclusions The method of the group C is the most effective in three groups.
