甘肃黄土高原林业现状及发展方向探讨

摘　　要：近 2 0年来 ,甘肃黄土高原林业有较大发展 ,森林覆盖率 1 4.0 6% ,高于全省平均水平 ,经济林占有相当比重 ,其挂果面积占全省经济林挂果面积的 55.2 8% ,产值占 68.73%。黄土高原将以多功能林业占主导地位 ,径流林业技术将对干旱半干旱区林业发展产生重要影响。在该区生态环境治理中 ,林业发展要与农田基本建设、小流域综合治理紧密结合 ;按照市场经济规律 ,加速经济林产业化进程 ;进一步完善径流林业技术体系 ;运用乡村林业的思想方法调动农民发展林业的积极性和创造性。Forestry in the loess plateau of Gansu has been developed significantly in recent 20 years, the forest coverage rate is 14.06% and higher than the average of the province, of which fruit trees take up more proportion, and fruiting area is 55.28% of the total in the provice and its revenue 68.73%. Multifunction forestry will play an important role in the loess plateau and run off forestry will affect forestry development in arid and sem arid arid and semarid areas obviously. Combination between forestry and infrastructure of crop land and comprehensive control of small watersheds is suggested in controlling of local ecological environment. Moreover, industrialization of fruit trees could be accelerated in light of market economy law. Technological system of run off forestry should be improved, and the enthusiasm and creativeness of local farmers be stimulated.
