环境对大豆种子发芽率的影响

摘　　要：通过对大豆品种的不同温度、不同发芽床及室内外自然环境等因素的发芽试验研究 ,结果表明 :百粒重较高的大中粒种子以恒温 2 0℃ ,百粒重较低的小粒种子以恒温 2 5℃发芽率最高 ;最适宜的发芽床是消毒后的砂床 ,其砂水比为 5 :1;覆盖厚度为 1.5～ 2cm ,自然环境中 ,平均气温超过 2The factors affecting on soybean germination such as the different environmental conditions and germination beds, natural enrironment indoor and outdoor were studied.The results showed that the germination percentage was high when big and middle grain seed was tested in 20℃,small grain seed was tested in 25℃.The most appropriate germination bed was the sterilized sandy bed with the ratio of sand and water was 5 to 1 and the seeds were covered with the thickness of 1.5-2 cm sand. The soybean germination test should not act in average air temperature of exceeding 25℃ in natural environment.
