灵异胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变及其对体表电生理的影响

摘　　要：为观察灵异胶囊对糖尿病性周围神经病变疗效及其对体表电生理的影响。随机分设灵异胶囊 (A)组 60例 ,益气养阴中药复方 (B)对照组 3 0例和西药弥可保 (C)对照组 3 0例。结果表明 :灵异胶囊治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的总有效率为 88 3 % ,优于益气养阴复方对照组与西药对照组。对治疗前后的体表电生理检测结果 ,提示灵异胶囊组的作用最为明显 ,对感觉神经传导速度 (SCV)的改善作用 (P <0 .0 5 )In order to observe the influence of “Specific Effect Capsules”to electrophysiology on the body surface of the patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,60 cases were set up in the group of“Specific Effect Capsules”(A)for the control study with 30 cases in the control group of “Qi-Benefiting and Yin-Nourishing Compound Formula”(B)and 30 cases in the control group of Methycobal Tablets(C).The results showed that the total effective rate in diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated by“Specific Effect Capsules”was 883%,better than the control group of “Qi-Benefiting and Yin-Nourishing Compound Formula”and western medication.The results in the determination of electrophysiology on the body surface before and after the treatments indicate that the function of“Specific Effect Capsules”is most remarkable and better than the two control groups significantly in improving the sensory conducting velocity(SCV)and in improving various symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.When it is used together with“Qi-Benefiting and Yin-Nourishing Compound Formula”,the therapeutic effect is more remarkable.
