皮瓣放长术结合中药长皮膏治疗末节手指缺损  

Distal Finger Injury Treated by Skin Flap Extension and Chinese Herbal Skin-Producing Plaster

摘　　要：应用皮瓣放长术结合外敷中药长皮膏治疗末节手指缺损 45例 66只指 ,以保存手指的长度。结果 :伤口愈合时间最短 17天 ,最长 61天 ;伤指最少长长 1cm ,最多长长 2 7cm。Distal finger injury was treated with skin flap extension in combination of Chinese herbal skin-producing plaster in order to maintain the length of the finger.Totally,45 cases and 66 fingers were treated.The results showed that the shortest time to heal the wound was 17 days and the longest time was 61 days,with the injured finger grown 1cm at least and 27cm at utmost.
