摘 要:应用斯氏属小卷蛾线虫Steinernema carpocapsae(A24品系)对桑皱鞘叶甲Abirus fortunei(Bdy)进行了室内和田间感染试验。在25~30℃的室内条件下,1500~2000条线虫/ml的处理使桑皱鞘叶甲幼虫感染率达86%~100%。在9~10月份,先清除田间杂草,然后在桑园开沟,按45~75万条线虫/m^2的剂量施用小卷蛾线虫,对幼虫的防治效果可达88.3%~96.2%,并使次年咸虫的出土数量减少46.2%~86.7%。此种防治方法,避免了在春蚕期间摘叶饲蚕与桑皱鞘叶甲化学防治的矛盾,显示出应用昆虫病原线虫防治桑皱鞘叶甲的良好前景。Indoor and field tests were conducted for determining the infection of entomopathogenic nematode Steinernema carpocapsae Strain A24 to Abirus fortunei (Baly) , one of the severe mulberry insect pests in Xiushui County, Jiangxi Province. After treated with the liquid nematode preparation at the concentration of 1500 - 2000 individuals/ml under 25 - 30tin laboratory, the mortality of beetle larvae infected by S. carpocapsae ranged from 86% - 100%. In the field trials, 0.45 -0.75 million individuals/m2 of the nematode dosages were sprayed into furrows of mulberry fields during September to October after the weeds had been cleared, the application of S. carpocapsae had kept 88.3% - 96.2% of the beetle larvae under control, and also caused a 46.2% - 86.7% reduction of beetle adult emergence in the following year. This soil application of nematodes is capable to avoid the contradiction between packing mulberry leaves for silkworm breeding and chemical control of mulberry beetles, and shows its potential on biological control of this insect pest.
