摘　　要：研究了爱比菌素浇泼剂的药物代谢动力学。以 0 .5 mg/ kg爱比菌素浇泼剂涂擦于绵羊的两耳 ,分别于给药后1.5 h、4.0 h、1.0 d、2 .0 d、3.0 d、4.0 d、5 .0 d、7.0 d、14.0 d颈静脉采血 ,测定血液中爱比菌素的浓度。结果表明 ,爱比菌素在绵羊体内的动态规律符合二室开放模型。其血药浓度随时间变化的二室模型关系式为 C=14.77e- 0 .2 76 t+34 .71e- 0 .0 8t- 49.48e- 0 .5 32 t,药物代谢动力学参数分别为 :t1 / 2 ( Ka) =1.30 d,t1 / 2 (α) =2 .5 0 d,t1 / 2 (β) =8.6 6 d,AU C=394.38(d· ng/ m l) ,Tmax=3.8d,Cmax=2 4.2 33ng/ ml。实测血药浓度 -时间曲线与理论血药浓度 -时间曲线的相关系数 R2 =0 .8914。The pharmacokinetics of the pour on preparation of abamectin (avermectin B1) was studied in five sheep. Each of them was treated with one dose of 0.5mg/kg abamectin in the pour on preparation, applied on the animal ears. Plasma concentration of abamectin as a function of time closely fit (R 2= 0.8914 ) a biexponential decay mode, C=14.77e -0.276t +34.71e -0.08t -49.48e -0.532t . The pharmacokinetic parameters are as follows: t 1/2(Ka) =1.3d, t 1/2(α) =2.5d,t 1/2(β) =8.66d,AUC=394.38d·ng/ml,T max = 3.8 d,C max =24.233ng/ml.
