摘　　要：目的　研究活化形式的 p44 / 42 MAPK在成年正常大鼠脑内的分布。　方法　免疫组织化学方法(ABC法 )。　结果　磷酸化的 p44 / 42 MAPK在正常大鼠脑内有广泛的表达 ,出现在许多核团 ,特别是在岛皮质、感觉运动及视、听皮质、扣带前皮质、海马尾侧的内嗅区、内侧杏仁核、皮质杏仁核和中介核、视上核、视交叉上核、A14区、下丘脑室旁核大细胞部、弓状核、前腹侧视前核、下丘脑后区、顶盖前区、室周灰质腹外侧柱、蓝斑、臂旁外侧核、小脑 Purkinje细胞、A5区、旁巨细胞外侧核、吻侧 (C1区 )和尾侧 (A1区 )延髓腹外侧网状结构等。阳性结构主要见于神经元的胞浆、胞核和突起内 ,在部分脑膜细胞和少突胶质细胞内也有表达。　结论　活化的 p44 / 42 MAPK在脑内的广泛存在提示其作为重要的信号转导分子在正常状态下的脑功能活动中可能起重要作用。Objective To study the distribution of phosphorylated p44/42 MAPK in the brain of adult rat. Methods Immunohistochemical staining techniques(ABC method) were used. Results There is a widespread expression of phosphorylated p44/42 MAPK in the brain of adult rat, especially in insular, sensorymotor, visual, auditoty,and anterior cingulate cortexes, in entorhinal area of hippocampal formation, in medial, cortical and intercalated nuclei of amygdala, in supraoptic nucleus, suprachiasmatic nucleus, Area 14 and 5 of catecholaminergic cell groups, magnocellular part of hypothalamus paraventricular nucleus, arcuate nucleus, anteroventral preoptic nucleus, posterior hypothalamic area, pretactal region, ventrolateral column of periaqueductal gray of the midbrain, locus coeruleus, lateral parabranchial nucleus, Purkinje cells of cerebellum, lateral paragigantocellular nucleus, rostroventrolateral and caudoventrolateral medulla oblongata. Positive structures mainly existed in the cytoplasm, nuclei and processes of the neurons, as well as in some meningeal cells and oligodendritic cells. Conclusion The widespread distribution of the active p44/42 MAPK in brain indicates that the protein kinase as the important signal transduction molecule, possibly plays an important role in the functional activity of the brain in the normal situation.;
