摘　　要：目的　研究 CNTF及其受体在不同类型星形胶质细胞中的表达分布。　方法　星形胶质细胞的原代分离培养结合地高辛标记的 RNA探针及寡核苷酸探针原位杂交技术。　结果　 0 - 2 A前体细胞和纤维型星形胶质细胞中 CNTF m RNA表达高 ,大多数原浆型星形胶质细胞 CNTF表达低 ,只有约 5 %的原浆型星形胶质细胞群可见较高 CNTF m RNA的表达。原浆型与纤维型星形胶质细胞中 CNTFRα m RNA表达相同。　结论　 CNTF在不同类型星形胶质细胞中的表达水平不同 ,但其受体的表达水平无差别。Objective To study the mRNA expression of CNTF and its receptor in primary cultured astrocytes. Methods Using in situ hybridization with digoxigenin-labelled RNA probes and oligo-nucleotide probes. Results CNTF mRNA expression level was higher in the 0-2A progenitor cells and the process-bearing astrocytes (fibrous astrocytes), but lower in most of the flat-astrocytes (protoplasmic astrocytes). There was only 5% of the flat-astrocytes highly expressing CNTF.CNTFRα mRNA was also detected in the flat and process-bearing astrocytes. Conclusion Our results indicate that the expression level of CNTF in two kinds of astrocytes is different, but the expression level of CNTFRα is the same.;
