高效液相色谱测定五味子及其制剂中五味子醇甲的含量

摘　　要：目的 :测定五味子及其制剂安眠胶囊中五味子醇甲的含量。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法。 InertsilODS- 3,C1 8色谱柱 (2 5 0 mm× 4.5 m m,ID,粒径 5 μm) ,以甲醇 -水 (6 5 :35 )为流动相 ,流速 1m l· min- 1 ,检测波长为 2 5 1nm,柱温为 (2 5± 1)℃。结果 :在测定浓度范围内线性较好 ,r为 0 .9999。精密度 RSD为 0 .92 ;重现性 RSD为 2 .10 ;回收率的平均值为 :10 1.12 ,RSD=2 .98%。结论 :方法简便快速 ,可用于质量标准中含量测定。OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for determination of Schizandrol A in Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. and its preparation.METHODS: HPLC was used .Inertsil ODS 3 C 18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5um), methanol water ( 65:35) as mobile phase, with detection at 251nm,flow rate 1.0 m1·min -1 and column temperature at 25 ℃. RESULTS: The calibration curve was linear (r= 0.999 9), the mean recovery was 101.12%, the precision RSD was 0.92% (n=6).CONCLUSION: This method is simple, quick and specific, it provides a quality control methods for Schisandre chinensis and its preparetion.
