摘　　要：本文利用液质技术对桂枝汤A部分的双向调节样品与单向升温样品进行了指纹图谱的确定。应用质谱中质荷比(M Z)值及HPLC图峰响应比比较了两者的差异 。High Performance Liquid Chromatography coupled with Mass Spectroscopy(HPLC/MS)was applied to compare two kinds of active fraction A of Guizhi Tang,single\|directional thermoregulation sample and dual\|directional one.Mass\|to\|charge ratio(M/Z)of MS and HPLC responds were used to obtain the fingerprint chromatography and identify both of the distinctions.The substances base of dual\|directional thermoregulation of active fraction A of Guizhi Tang was discussed at the first time.
