益血胶囊质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的 :为了控制益血胶囊产品质量 ,建立了鹿衔草、丹参、万丈深的质控标准。方法 :采用薄层色谱法对益血胶囊中鹿衔草、丹参、万丈深进行了定性鉴别 ;并用薄层扫描法对丹参中丹参酮ⅡA进行含量测定。结果 :丹参酮ⅡA含量测定线性范围为 0 .5～ 2 .5μg ,平均回收率 97.90 % ,RSD为 1 .1 6%。结论 :方法专属、灵敏、重现性好。To control the quality of Yixue capsule,its main components were identified by TLC and the content of tanshinone ⅡA was determined by TLC scanner.A good linearity was shown at the concentration of 0.5 to 2.5 μg of tanshinone ⅡA.The average recovery rate was 97.90% and RSD was 1.16%.This method is specific and sensitive with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
