影响整体护理实施的护士心理压力分析与对策

摘　　要：目前 ,整体护理模式病房在全国各家医院逐渐得到了推广 ,取得了显著的成绩。但因护理观念转变较难 ,支持系统不够完整 ,护士生活工作环境较差 ,给整体护理的实施带来了诸多的困难。通过对 2 18名护士日常生活事件量产生心理压力的问卷调查 ,结果发现 :生活规律、睡眠改变 ;经济困难 ;住房紧张 ;对工作不满意 ;被人诬告、议论、误会 ;失窃、财产损失等六个方面的心理压力影响较大 ,不同年龄组之间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。本文就这六个方面的心理压力进行分析 ,并提出减轻心理压力的对策 。Objective To probe the psychological pressure influencing on the practice of entirely nursing, and then finding the countermeasure to it .Methods Questionnaire investigation was done on 218 student nurses. Results Six aspects are having great effects on nurses psychologyical pressure. For example, living regular and sleeping changing, economic difficulty,house crowding, being falsely accused,being discussed,being miunderstanded and so on. There are significant difference at diferent age. Conclusions Changing nursing mind, improving supporting systems and working conditions of student nurses are the main countermeasure.
