清胰汤对急性胰腺炎大鼠的保护作用

摘　　要：目的 :研究清胰汤对急性胰腺炎的治疗机理。方法 :采用逆行胆胰管注入牛磺胆酸钠制成大鼠急性胰腺炎模型 ,观察各治疗组 (分别在造模 2小时后给予生理盐水、石蜡油和清胰汤治疗 )大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)、内毒素 (ET)、淀粉酶 (AMY )改变。结果 :和其他治疗组相比较 ,清胰汤可明显降低急性胰腺炎模型大鼠造模后 2 4和 48小时的 TNF和A MY水平 (和生理盐水、石蜡油组比较 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,造模后 48小时清胰汤治疗组大鼠血中 ET含量显著低于其它治疗组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :清胰汤的治疗作用是多方面的 ,包括保护胰腺细胞 ,调节细胞因子的释放 ,保护肠粘膜 。Objective: It is to study the therapeutic mechanism of QiYi decoction in acute pancreatitis. Methods: The experimental acute pancreatitis model was made by retrograde injection of 2% sodium taurocholic acid into the SD rat pancreatic duct. Followed, the rats were treated with sailing,mineral oil or QiYi decoction. The changes of serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF), endotoxin (ET), amylase (AMY) were observed at 2,6,12,24 and 48 hours after model operation in different treatment groups. Results: Compared with the other group, the QiYi decoction group can significantly attenuate AMY and TNF level of the experimental acute panfcreatitis rats at 24 and 48 hours after operation (P<0.05). The QiYi decoction group rats also had a lower ET level at 48 hours after model operation (P<0.05). Conclusion: This study demonstrates the QiYi decoction rvay have many protective roles, including protection of acinar cell, adjustment of the cytokines releasing, protection of intestinal mucous membrane and inhibition of the migration of intestinal bacteria and endotoxemia.
