摘　　要：世界贸易组织《与贸易有关的知识产权协议》(简称TRIPS) ,在第三部分对知识产权的实施程序 ,作出了详细规定 ,填补了原有知识产权国际保护和国际公约的空白。据此规定 ,要求世贸组织的成员采取有力措施 ,加强对权利持有人的保护 ,同时也要防止对被告的合法权益造成损害。随着我国“入世”在即 ,我们有必要深入研究该组织的相应规则 ,以期顺利进入国际知识产权保护的行列。World Trade Organization 《The agreement of intellectual property rights related to trade》 (TRIPS is an Abbreviation),in third part about the practising programme of intellectual property rights made a detailed stipulation,fills a blank in international protection and international conventions of intellectual property rights.According to this stipulation,requests the members of world trade organization adopt powerful measures,enforce the protection of rights holders,at the meantime,also need prevent the damages of the lawful rights of defendants.Along with the immediate “getting into WTO”,it is necessary for us to study the corresponding regulations of the organizations so as to enter the organization of the international intellectual property rights protection smoothly.
