潍坊地区动物隐孢子虫病的流行情况调查

摘　　要：目的　调查潍坊地区动物隐孢子虫病的流行情况。方法　采集犊牛和其它家畜粪便标本 ,用金胺 酚染色法及改良抗酸复染法检查隐孢子虫卵囊。结果　犊牛的感染率为 37.3% ( 194 / 52 0 ) ,4周龄内小牛的感染率为 55.4 % ( 10 2 / 184 )。从患者和健康者家中采集的家畜粪便卵囊阳性率分别为18.0 3% ( 11/ 61)和 3.2 3% ( 2 / 62 ) ,二者之间差异有显著性。结论　潍坊地区奶牛有较高的感染率 ,病畜可能为本病的传染源 。Objective To investigate the state of domestic animals cryptosporidium parvum infecting and epidemiology in Weifang area.Method The authors collected 520 cases feces specimen from calies and 123 cases from other domestic animals,and stained with Auramine phenol and re stained with modified acid fast for checking up egg cyst of cryptosporidium parvum in Weifang area.Result Our investigation showed,the rate of infection was 37.3% (194/520) in calies,and under four week calies was 55.4% (102/184).The rate of infection,the domestic feces specimen from patients and normal family,was 18.03% (11/61) and 3.23% (2/62) respective.Had significant different in that.Conclusion Domestic animals infection is epidemical factors in this area.The peak of infection is in the summer and autumn in Weifang area.
