自动粘骨加压器并植骨治疗骨不连临床探讨

摘　　要：目的　探讨自动粘骨加压器治疗四肢长骨骨不连疗效。方法　采用自动粘骨加压器植骨治疗四肢长骨骨不连 30例 ,并同时治疗粉碎性骨折 30例作对照。结果　随访 5个月～ 4年 ,骨不连组 :5～ 7周愈合 9例 ,占 30 % ;8～ 11周愈合 12例 ,占 40 % ;12～ 14周愈合 9例 ,占 30 %。骨折组 :5～ 7周愈合 7例 ,占 2 3% ;8～ 11周愈合 12例 ,占 40 % ;12～ 14周愈合 11例 ,占 37%。两组均无肌肉萎缩、关节僵硬等并发症发生。两组疗效差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。Objective To investigate effect of automatic compressive device on the treatment of long bone nonunion in the limbs. Methods 30 cases of long bone nonunion and 30 cases of long bone fraction of the limbs were treated with automatic compressive device. Results The patients were followed up for 5 months to 4 years. In group of bone nonunion, 9 cases were cured in 5 to 7 weeks,up to 30%; 12 cases were cured in 8 to 11 weeks,up to 40% and 9 cases were cured in 12 to 14 weeks, up to 30%. In group of fracture:7 cases were cured in 5 to 7 weeks, up to 23%; 12 cases were cured in 8 to 11 weeks, up to 40%; 11 cases were cured in 12 to 14 weeks, up to 37%. There were no such complications as muscular atrophy and join stiff. There is no statistic difference in curative effect in the two groups ( P >0 05). Conclusion The automatic pressurize device is an effective tool in the treatment of limbs long bone nonunion.
