自体全厚皮片内前列腺素E_2含量变化对黑色素细胞密度的影响

摘　　要：目的 :测定自体全厚皮片内前列腺素 E2 含量的动态变化 ,并观察其含量变化对黑色素细胞 ( MC)增殖的可能影响。方法 :借助放射免疫分析法测定皮片 PGE2 含量 ,同时观察表皮内两种 MC密度的动态变化。结果 :术后 7d以前 ,PGE2 含量明显升高 ,而同期的 MC密度经历了减少—缓慢增加这样一个损伤—修复过程。术后 1月时 ,PGE2 再次升高不伴 MC密度的相应升高 ,但 MC对3 H- Td R的摄取明显升高 ,表明其处于较强的复制状态。结论 :我们有理由相信 ,PGE2 含量的升高对于 MC密度的恢复乃至超过术前水平所产生的作用是非常重要的。进一步研究 PGE2 的功能 ,并从控制皮片内的 PGE2 含量入手控制 MC增殖 ,进而控制皮片的色泽 ,将是大有希望的途径之一。Objective:To dete r mine changes in concentration of prostag landin E 2 and to observe the effect of its concentration changes on proliferati on and density of melanocytes in the ski n autografts.Methods:The co ncentration of PGE 2 was determined by u sing radioimmune analysis.The density ch anges of two kinds of melanocytes were e stimated at the same time.Results :PGE 2 concentration in the grafts increased evidently in two days after s urgery,then increased slowly,which was a wound repair process.One month after su rgery,PGE 2 concentration increased agai n without MC density raising,but with an increase of take in of 3 H TdR by MC,w h ich revealed that proliferation of MC wa s strengthened.Conclusion:T here were reasons for us to believe that high concentration of PGE 2 is importan t for returning to and exceeding the nor mal density of MC.Profound study on the function of PGE 2 is necessary.It might be one way to control concentration of P GE 2,then to control proliferation of MC and to adjust the match of skin grafts.
