鼾症患者IOS测定的临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :用脉冲震荡测试系统 ( IOS)测量呼吸阻抗 ,试图发现鼾症患者的有关参数。方法 :用德国耶格( JAEGER)公司生产的 Master Screen IOS肺量仪。被测试者于测试前平静呼吸 1 min。分别记录 30例鼾症患者及 50例正常对照者的 IOS各参数。结果 :两组对比 ,Zrs、Fres、R5、R2 0有极显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,说明鼾症患者清醒时呼吸气流阻力已增高 ,且阻力主要来源于总气道阻力及中心气道阻力。结论 :认为鼾症与 IOS参数有明显的相关性。Objective:Using I O S to monitor respiration impedance so as to find some parameters related to ster torous symptom patients.Methods:Instrument Master Screen IOS spirom eter,made by JAEGER company.80 subjects were divided into two groups(stertorous symptom group,n=30;control group,n=50) R elative parameters were recorded in 30 p atients and 50 normal subjects respectiv ely.Every subject breathed for one minute freely before recording.Re sults:In stertorous symptom group, the Zrs,Fres,R5,R20 increased significan tly( P <0 01).The air way resistance had increased in waking state.Most of the re sistance is from general air way resista nce and central air way resistance.[WT5H Z]Conclusion:The results showed th at stertorous symptom were strongly ass ociated with IOS parameters.
