摘  要:目的 探讨急性坏死性胰腺炎 (ANP)大鼠肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)和一氧化氮 (NO)含量的变化及奥曲肽的治疗作用。方法  30只SD大鼠随机分为三组 ,即ANP生理盐水处理组 (ANP +NS组 )、ANP奥曲肽治疗组 (ANP +奥曲肽组 )和假手术组 (SO组 )。测定血清TNFα和NO2 -/NO3 -量的变化 ,并于光镜及电镜下观察胰、肺组织标本。结果 ANP +NS组血清TNFα和NO2 -/NO3 -分别为 6 2 3 5± 10 0 4pg/mL和 99 9± 2 8 6 μmol/L ,明显高于ANP +奥曲肽组 (14 3 1± 38 2pg/mL和 5 9 2± 2 6 2 μmol/L)及假手术组 (2 0± 2 7pg/mL和 39 2± 6 2 μmol/L) ,(P <0 0 5 )。ANP +NS组大鼠的胰、肺严重受损、而ANP +奥曲肽组大鼠的胰、肺受损程度较轻。结论 奥曲肽对ANP大鼠的胰、肺损伤具有保护作用 。Aim To investigate the changes of tumor necrosis factor α and nitric oxide concentrations in rats with acute necrotizing pancreatitis and the role of octreotide Method Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into ANP normal saline management group, ANP octreotide treatment group and sham operation group ANP model was made by injection of 5% sodium taurocholate solution through biliary-pancreatic duct TNFα and NO 2 -/NO 3 - concentrations were determinded, and pancreatic and pulmonary tissue samples were observed with light microscope and eletronic microscope Result The serum TNF α and NO 2 -/NO 3 - in normal saline management group were 623 5±100 4pg/mL and 99 9±28 6 μmol/L respectively, significantly higher than those of octreotide treatment group (143 1±28 2pg/mL, 59 2±6 2 μmol/L) and sham operation group (2 0±2 7pg/mL, 39 2±6 2 μmol/L),( P <0 05) Severely damaged pancreases and lungs were found in normal saline management group while in octreotide treatment groupt Conclusions Octreotide may protect pancreases and lungs in rats with ANP from damages and its effects to inhibit increased serum TNF α and NO may play a role
