摘  要:[目的]通过动物实验结果为六价铬烧伤的临床治疗提供参考。[方法]雄性大鼠,背部刺毛,A、B两组分别用铬酸酐双烯母液和凝固汽油致面积约15%的深Ⅱ°烧伤,测定烧伤前后血中高铁血红蛋白(MHb)和 Cr^(6+)并进行比较。[结果]MHb结果:A组大鼠实验前后比较P<0.01,A组与B组实验后比较P<0.01,B组大鼠实验前后比较P>0.05。[结论]铬酸酐在过热的状态下,除造成皮肤热烧伤外,重要的是生成大量的六价和三价铬,通过创面吸收,酸雾经呼吸道吸入,造成吸入性损伤及血Cr^(6+)增高而导致的铬中毒,给临床治疗带来更大的困难。[Objective] To provide reference for sexvalent anhydride chromate burn through animal experiments. [Method] Male rat, bald on back, two groups A and B respectively with 15% , second-degree anhydride chromate burn and napalm burn. Detect and compare the MHb and Cr6 + in blood before and after the burn. [Result]Result of MHb: Comparison before and after the experiment of A group, P < 0.01, comparison before and after the experiment of B group, P > 0.05, comparison between A and B group after the experiment, P < 0.01. [Conclusion] Anhydride chromate, under superheated conditions, besides leading to skin burn, produce vast trivalent and sexvalent chromate, which was absorbed by surface of the wound, and its acid gases were inspired through respiratory tract. This led to chromate poisoning caused by aspiration injury and the increased Cr6 + in blood, which bring greater difficulty to clinical treatment.
