摘　　要：通过对我国知识产权保护现状的分析，以及对中美有关知识产权保护的谈判和矛盾，提出了版权产业在发达国家的悄然兴起及我国在知识产权保护方面的不足，进一步以科技期刊为例，分析了著作权法在科技期刊中的执行尚有不足之处。The copyright property in developed countries is developing. But the protection of copyright in China is deficient from the analysis of Chinese present state of intellectual property protection and Sino American negotiation and contradiction on this problem.For example,it has some deficiencies that scientific and technological journals implement the law of copyright. [
