高效菜豆根瘤菌L15菌株抗血清制备及研究初探

摘　　要：作者对一株高效固氮且具显著增产效益的菜豆根瘤菌 L15菌株及11株参考菌株的抗血清制备及血清学反应进行了初步研究,结果表明:菜豆根瘤菌,豌豆根瘤菌和三叶草根瘤菌之间,苜蓿根瘤菌和快生型大豆根瘤菌之间以及慢生型大豆根瘤菌和豇豆根瘤菌之间均存在类属抗原.说明依靠血清学方法对根瘤菌进行分类是可行的.This paper is about the studies of serological reaction of R.phaseoli L15 and other 11 reference strains.The results show that there are very similar antigen constitutions within R.leguminosarum,R.trifolii and R.phaseoli.Sinorhizo- bium fredii has similar antigens as R.meloti,There are also quite similar antigen constitutions in Brandyrhizobium japonicum and B.sp(Vigna).The serological me- thod is very useful in the taxomomy and classification of Rhizobium sp.
