摘　　要：Juanxiao Tablet is a compound preparation composed of seven kinds of herbal medicine including Semen Lepidii Semen Descurainiae, Pericarpium Citrl Reticulatae Viride and Pericarpium Citrl Reticulatae, etc. The qualitative discriminations of the components, Pericarpium Citrl Reticulatae Viride, Pericarpium Citrl Reticulatae, Semen Arecae and Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei were made by the thin layer chromatography. HPLC was used to do the assaying of the main ingredient, hesperidin.
