龙沙克感胶囊治疗普通感冒的药效学实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究龙沙克感胶囊的主要药理作用 ,以探讨抗感冒作用机制 ,为它的临床应用提供科学依据。方法 :按常规方法观察该药的体内外对细菌、病毒的抑制作用。对大肠杆菌诱发家兔发热的影响 ,对角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足肿胀和二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀的影响 ,对塑料纽扣在大鼠诱发的肉芽肿的影响 ,以及对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果 :该药在体外对 7种细菌和 5种病毒有抑制作用 ,对角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足肿胀和二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿有抑制作用 ,可以增强小鼠吞噬功能 ,对大肠杆菌引起家兔发热有解热作用 ,对感染金黄色葡萄球菌的小鼠无保护作用。结论 :龙沙克感胶囊具有抑菌、抗病毒、抗炎、解热作用 ,并有一定的免疫增强作用 ,是一种有效的抗感冒药。Objective:Main pharmacological actions of Longsha Capsula for Treating Common Cold were studied to delve into the mechanism governing the treatment of common clod with the capsule and provide scientific basis for its clinical application. Methods:In vitro and in vivo inhibitory effects of the capsule against bacteria and virus,its effect on the fever induced by endotoxin form bacillus coli in rabbits,its effect on formation of granuloma induced by plastic button in rats,otic swelling induced by xylene in mice,and formation of granuloma induced by plastic button in rats; can enhance macrophage phagocytic function in mice,inhibit the capillary hyperpermeability caused by xylene; an inhibitory effect in the pneumonia caused by influenza virus; reduced by ehdotoxin form Bacillus coli in Rabbits; and can not protect the mice infected by staphylococcus autiviral,anti\|inflammatory effects and possess immunologic enhancement to a certain extent,and is an effective drug for treating common cold.
