多巴胺(DA)抑制哺乳动物离体卵巢组织雌二醇(E_2)分泌的初步研究

摘　　要：本文采用放免分析方法,探讨了多巴胺（DA）对离体的哺乳动物卵巢组织雌二醇分泌活动的影响,结果表明,多巴胺（DA）可直接作用于抑制雌二醇的分泌释放,其详细机制有待于进一步研究。With RIA-analysis method, we inquire into the possibility which dopamine ( DA) effects the estrogen ( E2) secretion from the mammals ovaries in vitro. The results show that incubations dopamine (DA) with the ovaries of the rabbit, rat and mouse all could decrease the estrogen ( E2) secretion. So we suggest that dopamine (DA) may act on the mammals' ovaries to inhibit the estrogen (E2) secretion directlv. The mechanism is to be studied.
