二氧化碳激光联合α-干扰素栓阴道用药治疗女性生殖道尖锐湿疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评估免疫疗法联合二氧化碳（ＣＯ２）激光治疗生殖道尖锐湿疣的疗效和作用机理。方法用ＣＯ２激光联合α－干扰素阴道用药治疗女性生殖道尖锐湿疣６０例（治疗组），并与６０例单用ＣＯ２激光（对照组）相比较。结果两组治愈复发率分别为６．６７％、３１．６７％，前者明显降低，两组比较差异有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论ＣＯ２激光联合干扰素栓阴道用药治疗生殖道尖锐湿疣能提高治愈率，有效降低复发率。Objective To confirm the efficacy and safety of vaginally applied CO2 laser combined interferon therapy to treat female patients with condylome acuminata(CA). Methods After removal of CA by CO2 laser surgery, 60 patients applied recom- binant INF - alpha suppository(6. 0 × 104 IU) into vaginal fornix as observation group. Another 60 patients accepted only CO2 laser treat were taken as control. Results The recurrence rates were 6. 67% and 31. 67% respectively in the observation group and in the control group. There was a significantly difference in recurrence between two groups(P < 0. 001 ). Conclusion Topical application of suppository recombinant INF-alpha is safe and appears to reduce the recurrence of CA after CO2 laser surgery.
