母体相态对铜基低碳醇催化剂性能的影响

摘  要:采用活性评价装置、XRD、TPR、SEM和TPD-MS等技术研究了Cu基催化剂的母体相态对其催化性能的影响。结果表明,母体为FC相的催化剂热稳定性好,母体为ML相的选择性好。碱金属助剂(K)在不同母体催化剂中的作用机理不同。在母体为FC相态的催化剂中,K与载体A1_2O_3作用,使被Al_2O_3分散的CuO离析出来,而母体为HZ相或ML相,K的存在改变了表面Cu的状态。添加稀土助剂(La)使催化剂表面形成网络结构,提高了热稳定性。Using activity evaluation measurment. XRD. TPR. SEM and TPD-MS techniques, the effects of precursor phase on properties of Cu-based catalysts for low alcohols synthesis was investigated. The catalyst with a precursor of FC phase presents good thermal stability, but ML catalyst shows a high activity and selectivity. The behavior and role played by a potassium promoter was different in catalysts with various precursor phases. When added to FC catalysts, the basic property of potassium seems more important, and its interaction with Al_2O_3 causes the separation of CuO and ZnO phase. On the surface of HZ and ML catalysts, potassium promotes the dissociative adsorption CO by dopping the Cu surface state. The thermal stability of the catalyst can go up by adding a La promoter.
