摘　　要：目的 :探讨某部队同步扫雷通磁作业前后艇员血浆热应激蛋白 70的变化。方法 :对参加同步扫雷实验的艇员在实验前和实验后进行血浆热应激蛋白 70检测。结果 :实验累计通磁 6 3h 10min～ 71h 17min ,通磁作业后艇员血浆热应激蛋白 70明显升高。结论 :实验条件对艇员血浆热应激蛋白 70有一定程度的影响。Objective: To study the change of plasma HSP70 in the shipcrew exposured to environmental magnetic field during synchronous mine sweeping. Method: Plasma HSP70 was measured in the shipcrew participating in the synchronous mine sweeping experiment pre and post experiment. Result: The accumulated magnetizing time of the experiment was 63 h 10 min to 71 h 17 min, as a result, plasma HSP70 of the shipcrew rose markedly. Conclusion: Plasma HSP70 of the shipcrew was influenced to some extent by the experimental conditions.
