摘　　要：扼要回顾中国造纸工业在 20世纪的发展概况。 2010年纸和纸板总产量的奋斗目标预估为 5100万 t。为了确保造纸工业的健康发展，有必要增加整体造纸配比中木浆的份额，使其在 2010年达到 30％。非木材纤维 (主要是芦苇和麦草 )依然是重要的纤维资源；二次纤维更是必不可缺的辅助资源。A brief account on the development of the Chinese pulp and paper industry in the 20th Century is presented.Total P＆ B production by the end of the first decade of the 21st Century is targeted for 51 million metric tons.It is realized that,for the healthy growth of the industry,the share of woodpulp in the overall papermaking furnish will have to be increased to a level of 30％ by that time.Non－ wood species,reed and wheat straw in particular,will still remain as an important fiber resource,with secondary fiber supplementing.
