补心活络胶囊对冠心病临床症状与内皮素的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨补心活络胶囊对心绞痛的临床疗效与内皮素的影响。方法 :采用补心活络胶囊治疗冠心病 40例 ,与 34例消心痛组进行对照 ,观察心绞痛与心电图变化 ,同时检测内皮素水平。结果 :补心活络胶囊组心绞痛有效率 87.5 % ,心电图有效率 77.5 % ,同时能明显改善胸闷、乏力、气短、心悸等主要伴随症状 ,降低内皮素水平。结论 :补心活络胶囊可缓解心绞痛 ,改善心肌缺血 ,其机制与抑制内皮素释放、扩张血管有关。Objective: It is to study the effects of angina pectoris and endothelin (ET) with Bu Xin Huo Luo capsule. Methods: A clinical observation has made on 74 cases of coronary heart disease. Electrocardiograph and ET were measured. Among them, 40 cases were treated with Bu Xin Huo Luo capsule and 34 cases were treated with isosorbide dinitrate. Results: Bu Xin Huo Luo capsule as officious as isosorbide dinitrate and has a good promise. Bu Xin Huo Luo capsule could lower the concentration of ET. It is evidently effective in relieving major symptoms such as discomfort in the chest, weakness, palpitation, etc. On angina pectoris its effective rate is 87.5%. The electrocardiograph examination showed an effective rate 77.5%.Conclusion: Bu Xin Huo Luo capsule could relieve angina pectoris and improve myocardial ischemia
