碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗烧伤残余创面的观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 ( b F GF)对烧伤残余创面疗效的影响。方法 :用 b F GF喷雾剂均匀喷洒在清创拭干后的残余创面上 ,再辅以湿润烧伤膏外涂 ,每天换药 3～ 4次。结果 :用 b FGF结合湿润烧伤膏外涂治疗烧伤残余创面取得良好效果 ,无一例出现感染 ,平均愈合时间为 6天 ,最短为 3天 ,最长的 14天 ,疗程明显缩短 ,愈后瘢痕增生不明显。结论 :使用 b FGF治疗烧伤残余创面可大大缩短疗程 ,促使创面早日愈合。Objective: It is to observe the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) on burn remainder wounds. Methods: Sprayed the cleam burn remainder wounds with bFGF. Then moist burn ointment gauze was applied 3 to 4 times a day. Results: Application of bFGF and moist burn ointment is effective in treating burn remainder wounds. No case had infected. All cases were healed in average 6 days, the shortest 3 days, the longest 14 days. bFGF is capable of promoting wound healing, reducing scar formation. Conclusion: The efficacy is very good using bFGF to treat burn remainder wounds. It's capable of promoting wound healing early
