摘　　要：目的　探讨慢性乙型肝炎 (以下简称慢性乙肝 )患者的性心理及其对性生活的影响。方法　对 94例慢性乙肝患者的性生活情况及性心理进行调查。结果　男性慢性乙肝患者性生活每月平均 3 .4次 ,满意者占 5 8.8% ;女性每月平均 1.5次 ,满意者占 5 0 .0 %。性生活不满意的主要因素有 :恐惧、焦虑引起的性心理问题 ;配偶心态对患者的影响 ;肝病本身原因引起的性功能障碍。结论　慢性乙肝患者存在性心理障碍 ,并对其性生活产生负面影响。Objective To investigate sex psychology and its effect on sexual activity in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods Sex psychology and sexual activity were investigated in 94 CHB patients.Results The mean number of monthly sexual activities was 3.4 in male CHB patient,with a satisfaction rate of 58.8%,and 1.5 in female CHB patient,with a satisfaction rate of 50.0%.Factors causing dissatisfaction included psychological problems arising from fear and anxiety,influence of the spouse's mental status on the patient,and sexual malfunction due to the disease itself.Conclusion Psychological disturbance existing in CHB patients may impose negative effect on their sexual activities.
